Total Therapy Parkstone
We are located on the corner of Victoria Road and Consort Close, on the north side of Ashley Road at the Mansfield Road crossroads.
There are four car parking spaces behind the building in Consort Close. Please do not park in any other off-road space in Consort Close, as these are private spaces. There are three ‘on-road’ spaces in Consort Close. If these spaces are taken, there is on road parking on Victoria Road and other side roads such as Gladstone Road. Some of these spaces are limited to an hour so check local signage.
Otherwise, there is free parking at Waitrose for a maximum of 2 hours which is a short walk away.
Access to the building:
Our Total Therapy logo is located on the front of the building however the ground floor is occupied by Ocean Fitness and our entrance is around the side of the building in Consort Close.
Please let yourself in to the building, go up the flight of stairs and take a seat to the right side of the stairs. Your Clinician will greet you here at the start of your session.

Prior to your first appointment:
Our lovely reception team will have sent you a New Patient form if this is your first appointment with us. Please try to fill this in prior to your appointment. No need to print it off as it will automatically submit straight to us. Please let us know if you have any problems in doing so and we will endeavour to help you complete it. If you are required to fill out a hard copy please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to do so.
What to Wear:
Your Clinician will need to see the body part/parts in question, so please ensure you wear appropriate clothing for your first appointment. Typically clothing you would wear to the gym is adequate. After your first appointment your clinician can advise further if necessary.

Please note we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. Reminder emails and/or text messages are sent as a courtesy to all our clients. There is a high demand for appointments, so any cancelled within this time frame that cannot be filled may be liable to a late cancellation charge at the discretion of the administration team.
If you are an Insurance patient and DNA (Do Not arrive) for 2 appointments, your file will be automatically cancelled, and a discharge report will be sent to the instructing party. Please note if you cancel on the same day as your appointment this will also count as a DNA.
