Total Therapy Christchurch
We are located on the corner of Elm Avenue and The Grove in Christchurch. We are situated in what used to be the old surgery on the first floor.
A car park is provided round the back of the building for all our customers to use. If for any reason this is full there is plenty of on road parking nearby in Elm Avenue.
Access to the building:
The Ground floor is occupied by another business, so please use the front door located on the front of the building on ‘The Grove’ and go up the stairs to the first floor where you will see a waiting area to the right. Have a seat and your clinician will be with you shortly.
Prior to your first visit:
Our lovely reception team based at Lilliput Health will have sent you a New Patient form if this is your first appointment with us. Please fill this in prior to your appointment. No need to print it off as it will automatically be submitted straight to us and form part of your patient record. Please let us know if you have any problems in doing so and we will endeavour to help you complete it. If you are required to fill out a hard copy, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to do so.
What to Wear:
Physiotherapy & Chiropractic Appointments:
Your Clinician will need to see the body part/parts in question, so please ensure you wear appropriate clothing for your first appointment. Typically, clothing you would wear to the gym is adequate. After your first appointment your clinician can advise further if necessary.
Our Sports Therapists will use an array of towels during the treatment and would require that you keep your underwear on, however if you feel more comfortable, you can bring a pair of shorts. Stretchy underwear is best, especially if we are treating legs.

Please note we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. Reminder emails and/or text messages are sent as a courtesy to all our clients. There is a high demand for appointments, so any cancelled within this time frame that cannot be filled may be liable to a late cancellation charge at the discretion of the administration team.
If you are an Insurance patient and DNA (Do Not arrive) for 2 appointments, your file will be automatically cancelled, and a discharge report will be sent to the instructing party. Please note if you cancel on the same day as your appointment this will also count as a DNA.
Effective August 1st 2019 we will no longer be accepting cash payments.
We will continue to accept card payments.
