SN Hub
**Directions**:
We are located within the SN Hub building.
As you approach from Fleets Lane or the A3049, turn onto Nuffield Road. Drive past Smyths Toy Shop on your left, and you’ll soon see Big Yellow Storage on your right. Continue along Nuffield Road, passing the Nuffield Industrial Estate.
Our building is on the left-hand side—a large, modern structure with clear SN Hub signage at the front. Please use the main building entrance. Our waiting room is clearly marked at the front of the building, where your clinician will meet you and guide you to our treatment room on the first floor.
**Parking**:
There is parking available at the front and side of the building, with spaces clearly marked for visitors.
**Prior to your appointment**:
Our lovely reception team will have sent you a New Patient Form if this is your first appointment with us. Please try to fill this in prior to your appointment. No need to print it off as it will automatically submit straight to us. Please let us know if you have any problems in doing so and we will endeavour to help you complete it. If you are required to fill out a hard copy please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to do so.
**What to Wear**:
**Physiotherapy Appointments**:
Your Clinician will need to see the body part/parts in question, so please ensure you wear appropriate clothing for your first appointment. Typically loose/stretchy clothing is adequate. After your first appointment your clinician can advise further if necessary.
**Sports Massage**:
Our Sports Massage Therapists will use an array of towels during the treatment and would require that you keep your underwear on, however if you feel more comfortable, you can bring a pair of shorts. Stretchy underwear is best, especially if we are treating legs.

**Deposit Policy**:
Please be advised that to secure all NEW bookings, a £25 deposit is required. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment and is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage our schedule efficiently.
**Cancellation Policy**:
Please note we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. Reminder emails and/or text messages are sent as a courtesy to all our clients. There is a high demand for appointments, so any cancelled within this time frame that cannot be filled may be liable to a late cancellation charge at the discretion of the administration team.
If you are an Insurance patient and DNA (Do Not arrive) for 2 appointments, your file will be automatically cancelled, and a discharge report will be sent to the instructing party. Please note if you cancel on the same day as your appointment this will also count as a DNA.
